When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement, from our distribution center in France. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

What is your return policy?
Should you wish to initiate a return or exchange, kindly contact us at support@lepadel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. A member of our team will provide return instructions and a link to schedule a collection with the available courier service.

– Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
– Products that show signs of wear or are returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back at the client’s expense.
